Database Tutorial
In the quick search box on the homepage, you can search for the circRNAs which you are interested in through precise or fuzzy search. Here you can type in your query, including circRNA ID, virus type, tissue or sample type, virus gene, etc., and then browse the results.
In conditional search, you can set up filtering conditions to search for the circRNA of interest, for instance, you can select the type of virus (i.e., EBV or HBV), the type of tissue or sample (i.e., liver), the name of the virus gene of interest (i.e., K7 of KSHV), the accession number included in the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database, the genome region of the virus (i.e., CDS or genes), and even the length of the circular RNA. Notably, the default range of length is 0 to 100,000.
In the Browse page, you can browse all the records in the database. There is a filter box at the top of the table, you can use it to complete a variety of complex screening.
On the Download page, the entire database is available for download in TXT format. It should be noted that you must enter a correct email address before downloading.
When you have finished searching and filtering, you are now on the Results page. Click the download button on the result page to download the searched and filtered result table.
